Ring-A-Day: Mondy Ring

I made a few more Periodic rings today. Soon I’ll have the whole periodic set. This is actually a phonetic spelling of how my family pronounces the word.

Everything was going great today. Then the phone company showed up unannounced. No phone, no lights, no motor car. Not a single luxury. Anyway, if you’re having the same Mondy, here’s a little song from Sir Bob to help get you through the rest of the day.

Ring-A-Day: Onion Ring

What do you think? American Voices is one of my favorite columns in the onion. Back when I received a printed subscription, there used to be 6 Voices. We would guess who was going to be the Systems Analyst this week.

I only wish I kept my printed copy of Our Long National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity Is Finally Over. One fan went so far as to hyperlink the prescient, albeit, tongue-in-cheek article with actual events.

Ring-A-Day: Hafnium Ring

And so ends the first half-nium of this journey. 182 rings. Had no idea what the project would be like after six months of making a ring every day, but you can look back and see all the daily accomplishments. Thanks for joining me on this journey so far. It’s only half done. Come back tomorrow. We’ll start the second set of 182 rings in the morning. Don’t hesitate to make suggestions.

Note: Hafnium is named after Copenhagen, not half of something.
