Tried to make a bezel in the shape of a letter today. There are so many bubbles that it looks like I boiled the acrylic. At least today the inner part separated, so I have a Letter A ring instead. I’ll get this right yet.

Tried to laser cut a flower bezel but ended up fusing the acrylic together. The bubbly edge effect isn’t terrible, but not what I was aiming to achieve. Will try again with different settings. Stay tuned.

Words of wisdom from dear old dad! When in doubt, check it out. It wasn’t very fashionable to carry Miriam Webster or Britannica when I was younger, but now everyone’s got wikipedia, google, and m-w.com in their pockets. No need to assume anything.
