My favorite North American sticky-tongued insectivore was known as the Hoover Hog, or the poor man’s pork during the Great Depression. The germans called it the Panzerschwein, or armored pig. Just add guns and you’ve got a battle-dillo.

Biplanes are some of the most stable, aerodynamically speaking. They are often used for air show stunts for just that reason. When you fly a plane straight up into the sky until gravity overcomes your engine’s tiny thrust, you want stability when you regain control on the downward portion of your trip.

Tried using a simple Paul Rand style grid today. It’s not as festive as the random polka dot ring, but there’s something to stamping a tiny dot as accurately as possible with a 20 oz framing hammer.
