Tried to heat anodize niobium today. All I got was a thick strong layer of black. I think this black is stronger than the liver of sulphur black on silver.
Will try conductive anodizing next. There are pretty colors hidden within this metal.

“YOUR AD HERE” should be the name of this ring, but stinkie is funnier. The ring is made from acetal, which is really strong crystalline plastic.
I can put your words on a ring. Keep it above the line if you can. In other words, no descenders (mostly in lower case letters like g j p q y). For example: if I put “stinky” on this ring, you would see “stinku” because the descender on the y would be hidden in the ring shank. ALL CAPS is easiest. You can also send a PDF of vector art with the font outlined. Acetal comes in black or white.

Bending brass tubing around the ring mandrel was the hardest part of this ring. I put copper wire inside to prevent the tube from crimping, but didn’t lubricate it. A little graphite or oil would have made removing it much easier. The cracked crystal bead was chosen by my gemologically attracted wife. Her main criteria: Pretty, Shiny, Sparkly.

I have a pair of pewter femur bones for sale at POTUS31.com that this ring is based on. The “marrow” is hollowed out for size and comfort. As it turns out, the ring is my first adjustable (since the ends don’t join).
